5.0 Marketing Plan

The Company plans to conduct an extensive marketing campaign that will ensure maximum visibility for the completed houses in its Canadian and U.S. targeted markets. The Company will be focusing on leveraging its developing contacts with the various construction companies and real estate brokers to ensure favorable pricing and generate sales.

We believe that we can service these markets better than larger firms and at a more reasonable cost than existing competitors of equal size. Furthermore, we will be offering promotions of various free services such as initial interior customization and information guides to generate. Below is an overview of the marketing strategies and objectives.

5.1 Marketing Objectives

. Establish new relationships with real estate brokers and agents within the Canada targeted market other than HOMELIFE/BAYVIEW REALTY INC., Toronto.
. Establish new relationships with real estate brokers and agents in U.S. market other than existing Realty Executive Signature LLC, Naples, FL.
. Extend over the Collier County market to Marko Island and Lee County territory.
. Implement a local campaign with the Company's targeted market via the use of flyers, local newspaper advertisements, and word of mouth.
. Develop an extensive online manifestation by engaging social media and SEO (search engine optimization) tactics.

5.2 Marketing Strategies

The most important part of the Company marketing is the fast and satisfactory property selling. This task will be accomplished through the Company's broad marketing campaign throughout its targeted markets in Canada and U.S.
One of the base marketing strategies is the high-volume Internet presence. The majority of people seeking real estate for purchase or rent use the Internet to make their preliminary searches. Mr. Founder has an extensive knowledge and experience in the Internet marketing field. He has a proven record of success in promoting various online based businesses.

The Company will develop its own website with the recognized Florida placement worldwide. Mr. Founder will register INTERARTCENTER, LLC and its properties with Google and Bing portals so that potential buyers/renters can easily reach the Company commercials, information, and pricing. The Company website will be generating additional revenue from displaying commercial ads as well. The Company will be utilizing radio, newspaper, and phone directory advertising, and a small business referral group to generate sales and establish a presence in the Naples and Marco Island area. In addition the Company will maintain a sizable amount of print and traditional advertising methods within local markets to promote the homes and properties that the Company builds and sells.

5.3 Pricing

The Company expects that each house will sell for approximately $100,000 of revenue. Expected profit margins from sales would reach 25%, and profit percentage 33%. Rental income is to be determined based on market conditions.

6.0 Organizational Plan and Personnel Summary

At the start-up period, the Company will have only one full-time employee, Mr. George Founder. However, the Company plans extending its personnel up to 5-10 (five to ten) full-time employees within first 3 years. The company's office will be in one of the Mr. Founder's investment properties at Beach Resort Dr. Naples FL 34114

6.1 Management

Mr. Founder graduated from the state university in 1985 with a BA (Honors) Degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, and Applied Design education. From the very onset of his professional career his classical art and architecture education helped him delivering outstanding designing results in many related fields. Mr. Founder a well-known professional artist, however he has managed two additional businesses in Canada since 2005. One of them is a real estate investment and property management and the second one is the Internet publishing company.

Mr. Founder has extensive experience in sales marketing strategies. First, he was working in the Sales Productivity Center of IBM Corporation Canada, where he became a lead of multimedia operations, and then later managing his own business InterArtCenter Inc. Mr. Founder has started investing and extending his real estate business interests into U.S. since 2012.
